A recent article about the lack of wrinkles on Japanese women's faces attributed this to diet and skin care.

Diet includes soy, rice and green tea.  All contribute to good skin.

Skin care regimens include more steps than in America:
  1. Cleansing with mild cleansers
  2. Softening (toning)
  3. Serum
  4. Moisturizer
  5. Sunscreen
